Professional Development Series
This series is designed to complement courses already offered to postdocs and to align with three National Postdoc Association (NPA) Core Competencies: Communication Skills, Professionalism and Leadership and Management Skills. The NPA expects all postdocs to seek proficiency in these areas in order to achieve intellectual and professional independence and success.
The two-hour sessions are in addition to courses already being offered: grantsmanship; CV and Statement workshop; and the scientific support courses offered by faculty colleagues.
