Application Information
Requirements
The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in California and resident is expected to be licensed by no later than September 30 of the residency year.
Application
Motivated individuals with initiative and a commitment to excellence are encouraged to apply. Additionally, successful applicants should possess superior verbal and written communication skills. Interested applicants must apply through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applications are due by January 1, 2021. Exact application deadline and information about the residency can be found on the ASHP website.
